Thin-filmtechnology excels in rough and critical industrial applications. Our pressure transmitters address most demanding industrial applications at very high pressures and temperatures, areleak free and achieve up to 4x over pressure and 20x burst pressure. These unique characteristics lend themselves best to safety critical applications such as CNG monitoring which operates at up to 400 bar pressure.

Not all thin film sensors are created equal. Currently much of the industry uses NiCr (Nickel Chromium) thin-film for pressure sensors. This technology is typically limited to 125 degC.  With our well proven proprietary thin-film technology we can realize applications up to 200 degC for continuous operation.

This extended temperature range is a fundamental difference between Senturio pressure transmitters and similar competitor products. With our high temperature electronics under development we can bring the advantages of thin film technology to, for example down-hole applications which until now rely on SOI MEMs technology.

With more than 100-man years of experiencein developing and manufacturing application specific solutions for industrial pressure sensing ourextensive IP library is constantly growing. Our IP library has designs qualified for EMC, Shock, Vibration, water ingress protection and ATEX (Explosion Proof) applications. We supply more than 40 unique thread fittings the smallest being the M5 and the largest being the M27. We have more than 30 unique connector codes for different connectors and pin assignments. Lastly, we have more than 20 unique output configurations including basic analog outputs, 4-20mA, 0-5, 0-10 all the way to digital outputs such as I2C, RS-485 (MODBUS) output and dual outputs for Safety Integrity Level (SIL) applications.

We have different product series to support different applications such as Poseidon for high pressure, Pico for small spaces, Hydra for uncompensated output and FL-C for flush requirements.

Senturio devices are proven in the field. Some real life examples are CNG pipeline pressure monitoring, Common Rail Pressure for diesel engines, salt water monitoring and various high pressure hydraulics.
